Parents of BabyPlus babies report better sleeping, nursing, self soothing, and school readiness.
We have also had many mothers of twins and triplets use the system and have been very pleased with the results. They have seen the same benefits as the mothers of single babies as well as reported reaching milestones based on birth age as opposed to gestational age. They have also reported shorter hospital stays when compared to other premature babies.
Calculate your lesson plan as normal using the chart provided with your BabyPlus. Since most births of multiples do not go full term, we will be happy to re-calculate your lesson plan

once you reach about seven months of pregnancy and have a better idea of when you will deliver. Please email customerservice@babyplus.com with any questions or with help calculating your usage schedule.
Once your babies become more active as you grow, some discomfort may be experienced. Simply limit the duration of each session to once a day and even shorten your lessons if desired. Your little ones will receive the same great benefits of BabyPlus!
"I am a labor/delivery nurse in Billings MT. I have five married children. I was introduced to BabyPlus at the AWHONN Leadership Conference in 2008. I spoke to a BabyPlus representative, pondering whether BabyPlus would help my pregnant daughter, who had such severe hyperemesis she was asking "what is the earliest I can have this baby and it survive?" BabyPlus helped my daughter refocus on her baby, and she used the monitor daily as instructed.
She delivered prematurely at 34 weeks, and her little baby was distressed and frantic in the NICU until we retrieved the BabyPlus system from hom
e. Whenever we played BabyPlus, she settled down and went to sleep. Her oxygen levels rapidly stabilized, she grew and gained weight rapidly, and was discharged two weeks later. She is now 22 months old, very precocious, talking in sentences, and passed all her newborn milestones ahead of schedule. My daughter-in-law used BabyPlus when she was pregnant, and again, we are seeing the positive effects. Her baby has a keen sense of hearing, and recognizes tones and pitches quickly. He loves music and dances up and down whenever he hears any. I have recommended the BabyPlus to other pregnant people, especially those experiences complications with their pregnancy, as I feel it helps them keep 'in touch' with their unborn baby."
Winter Safety Tips - Part 1(These valuable tips on how to keep your child safe and warm this winter were provided by the
American Academy of Pediatrics.)
Whether winter brings severe storms, a light dusting or just cold temps, the
American Academy of Pediatrics has some valuable tips on how to keep your child safe and warm.
What to Wear: - Dress infants and children warmly for outdoor activities. Several thin layers will keep them dry and warm. Clothing for children should consist of thermal long johns, turtlenecks, one or two shirts, pants, sweater, coat, warm socks, boots, gloves or mittens, and a hat.
- The rule of thumb for older babies and young children is to dress them in one more layer of clothing than an adult would wear in the same conditions.
- Blankets, quilts, pillows, sheepskins and other loose bedding may contribute to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and should be kept out of an infant's sleeping
environment. Sleep clothing like one-piece sleepers is preferred. - If a blanket must be used to keep a sleeping infant warm, it should be tucked in around the crib mattress, reaching only as far as your baby's chest, so the infant's face is less likely to become covered by bedding.
Hypothermia:- Hypothermia develops when a child's temperature falls below normal due to exposure to cold. It often happens when a youngster is playing outdoors in extremely cold weather without wearing proper clothing.
- As hypothermia sets in, the child may shiver and become lethargic and clumsy. His speech may become slurred and his body temperature will decline.
- If you suspect your child is hypothermic, call 911 at once. Until help arrives, take the child indoors, remove any wet clothing, and wrap him in blankets or warm clothes.
Frostbite:- Frostbite happens when the skin and outer tissues become frozen. This condition tends to happen on extremities like the fingers, toes, ears and nose. They may become pale, gray and blistered. At the same time, the child may complain that her skin burns or has become numb.
- Set reasonable time limits on outdoor play. Have children come inside periodically to warm up.
- If frostbite occurs, bring the child indoors and place the frostbitten parts of her body in warm (not hot) water. Warm washcloths may be applied to frostbitten nose, ears and lips.
- Do not rub the frozen areas.
- After a few minutes, dry and cover him with clothing or blankets. Give him something warm to drink.
- If the numbness continues for more than a few minutes, call your doctor.

Shannon Miller's son is 3 months old already! Like all parents, she is realizing that the time

goes by so quickly. After the months of eager anticipation, all of sudden the months and weeks rush by! We eagerly anticipate Shannon's comments about baby development after birth - here they are:
"Rocco will be 3 months old in a few days and he is doing so well. I almost cried when I had to start boxing up some of the outfits that he's grown out of. He's getting so big! Everyone keeps telling us how mature and alert he is.
Of course, we think he's the greatest anyway.
So i'll gush about him just a bit, because that's what mom's do. He is holding his head up and pushing his chest up so well during tummy time and
loves to kick the rattles on his play mat. Of course, his favorite is story time with Daddy before he goes to bed. He loves to smile and "talk" to us and is still nursing well. When daddy gives him a bottle he doesn't have any trouble adjusting.
He is still doing well at night, knock on wood. He regularly sleeps from his 10pm feeding until 7am when I get him up for breakfast. (How exciting is that?!) He's so much more alert now, focusing on faces, following sounds and smiling at mom and dad. He loves watching the trees go by when we walk in the park and is still trying to figure out what exactly that monster is that keeps breathing near him. (Otherwise known as our 120lb dog, Indy)
Every day there is something new. And as difficult as it sometimes gets to balance work, sanity and a new baby, it's so worth it!"Great sleeping habits, great feeding habits, very interactive and responsive - yep, definitely a BabyPlus baby! We are excited to be a part of Shannon's experience with her baby!
How many of you really want to exercise during pregnancy? Let's be honest, how many of us really want to exercise ever? Exercise during pregnancy is probably more important than any other time in your life. I am a person who actually does like to work out so I thought it might be good to share a few tips with you on how to accomplish this feat:
- Walking - This is one of the best cardiovascular exercises that a pregnant woman can do. It is low impact and does not require any equipment or gym memberships.
- Swimming - Now I am not the best swimmer out there so I cannot actually vouch for this one. Doctors say that it is great for working out the entire body and is easy on your joints because you feel weightless in the water.
- Wii - There is a nifty new game out there called the Wii Fit which gives you a variety of exercises to keep you in top shape. They are not too difficult and even celeb moms such as Heidi Klum are using it.
- Yoga - It will help keep you flexible while building muscles.
Coupling this with the use of
BabyPlus is a great way to give your baby the head start he/she needs. Scheduling
BabyPlus into your day can give your baby a few advantages such as learning to feed quickly, better motor skills, sleeping through the night and more.
We are back from CES - Las Vegas!
The Consumer Electronics Show has concluded in Las Vegas, and we were beyond thrilled with our experience.
This year was the first year for the "Mommy Tech" area. The BabyPlus Prenatal Education System was a perfect fit for "Mommy Tech." We had so many great visitors to our booth. Several representatives from countries all over

the world are as excited as we are! Savvy parents know that the prenatal period is critical - and did we ever hear about it!
The study of the prenatal environment is not new, and some of the recent great findings just confirm what is already known.Shannon Miller spoke on behalf of BabyPlus. She is seeing tangible benefits in her son - such as he was sleeping through the night at 6 weeks and he has been very alert.
Prenatal care is important during the pregnancy trimesters. The stages of development of a fetus are fascinating and crucial at the same time. BabyPlus will have a profound and important impact on your baby.
And, with the hundreds of people who visited our BabyPlus booth, we know that infant development is a priority!
Resolution # 1 - Learn more about prenatal education. So, now that I am pregnant, I want to make sure I do everything possible for my baby.
I keep hearing about prenatal care - I know about taking vitamins and eating right, and now I want to know more about learning in the womb.
First, I am going to visit
www.babyplus.com. I know that by visiting this site I will find out about the BabyPlus Prenatal Education System, the only system scientifically proven effective for prenatal education.

Wow - look at this - since 1989, parents in more than 60 countries worldwide have given their children the BabyPlus advantage!
There are some amazing benefits to using BabyPlus while pregnant -
having a baby who is self-soothing might mean better sleep for baby and for me!Well, that is some great information - now on to
Resolution # 2 - find out what other parents have to say about BabyPlus.
We love hearing from Shannon Miller. Her little baby Rocco is displaying the characteristics of a BabyPlus baby! He is sleeping

well, has a great attention span, is hitting his milestones early...just the very specific and tangible results we have come to observe in the 150,000+ BabyPlus babies all over the world!
Here is Shannon's latest blog:
"Rocco had his first smile a few days ago! My heart melted. Poor thing I kept him awake trying to get him to do it again and again. Another milestone this week was my first day apart from him. Luckily I was only about 40 minutes away' filming my "Body After Baby" DVD' but still missed him terribly!
We're just past 6 weeks and he's been going 5-6 hours of consistent sleep at night for several days now. Yeah!!! And his days are getting a little more exciting now that he has more awake time. He is really interested in looking around and lifting his head. We have an elephant painting that a friend gave us for his nursery and he absolutely loves to stare at it. Each day is filled with surprises. I love it!"Thank you Shannon - we love hearing about little Rocco!
"We recently went for our 2 week check up with the pediatrician. Rocco is doing great! He was

supposed to have regained his birth weight (7 lbs, 11 oz) at that appointment. He weighed in at 8 lbs, 7 oz!! The doctor was very impressed. Rocco is a great eater and has been doing well on his naps, too. I even get a decent night sleep (although it's broken up into two naps and nursing in between). He gets one bottle of breast milk each day so that daddy can have some bonding time with his son."
Sounds exactly like what we are accustomed to hearing about BabyPlus babies...eats well, sleeps well....parents can get a decent night's sleep....Thanks Shannon - we look forward to hearing more about Rocco as he continues to develop!
Congratulations to expectant parents Tiffani Thiessen and Brady Smith! Once they share the news with loved ones and friends, they are sure to read articles on prenatal development. Most expectant mothers want to know everything they can about the critical period in prenatal development.
Using the BabyPlus Prenatal Education System during pregnancy promotes learning in the womb.Since Tiffani and Brady will be first-time parents, they are likely to wonder about infant development and the stages through pregnancy.
Being busy working parents, they will want to know about the BabyPlus curriculum and how the mother's heartbeat sounds have a positive impact on infant sleeping schedules.
BabyPlus wishes Tiffany and Brady and their baby the very best!
I just found out my other sister-in-law in Missouri is pregnant! In a family of five grandsons, maybe we'll have a girl!
I started talking to her about BabyPlus and she was quite intrigued. My nephew will be two in December and she had a rough go around with him, particularly getting him to sleep. The BabyPlus benefit of better sleep definitely got her attention.
She will be 18 weeks around the end of December and will be able to start using BabyPlus next month. I will follow her weekly throughout her usage and after birth. But for now, here are some reactions to our conversation about using BabyPlus.
What did you first think of when I mentioned using BabyPlus?
I really wanted to know more about it because I only briefly knew what it was.
--BabyPlus is a simple set of sounds derived from the mother's heartbeat, which stimulates cognitive development during the critical stages of fetal development. It is the most basic and consistent sound that is part of the prenatal environment.
How does it work?
It is used for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. The number of days per lesson is determined by how far along you are when you start using BabyPlus. We have a chart at www.babyplus.com.
How many people use the product?
We have over 150,000 BabyPlus babies all over the world and many countries.
Does it give successful results?
The best part of working in Customer Service is getting to hear all the wonderful parent testimonials. I constantly hear about the benefits families see in their children.
I asked her what results she would like to see from using BabyPlus.
I'd like to see if it helps the baby to sleep better after they're born! I would also like to see if it'd help the baby to nurse well.
I told her those are two of the traits most commented on by parents, in addition to being well-adjusted, more interactive and responsive and being able to self soothe.
My sister-in-law is very excited to start using BabyPlus and I know she'll love to interact with my niece or nephew as she progresses through the lessons. I can't wait to hear about the benefits she will see after he or she is born. She is setting up her little one for a lifetime of learning. More fun to come!
BabyPlus - see Shannon Miller using BabyPlus - in Times Square and Las Vegas!

While simply walking down the street you can see photos of Shannon wearing her BabyPlus Prenatal Education System. This is in both Times Square and in Las Vegas!
Shannon says, "Like any parent, we want our child to have every advantage we can give him. BabyPlus helps us do that."
Miller is expecting her first baby in late October and has been using

BabyPlus during pregnancy to ensure her child gets the best possible start on life and learning. Now she’s sharing her experience and enthusiasm for BabyPlus with other expectant moms around the world.
Shannon Miller has realized the importance of fetal development during the critical periods in prenatal development. The benefits of infant stimulation are many. Like Shannon, you can directly impact your infant's sleeping schedule with this safe, simple set of 16 lessons based on the mother's heartbeat sounds.
What Shannon Miller is saying about the BabyPlus Prenatal Education System now...
"It's getting close and we are getting very anxious for him to arrive. I'm also getting huge and beginning to waddle a bit. We're on lesson 13 with BabyPlus and I'm hoping to make it through all 16 before he arrives. I'm finishing up last minute work and meetings so that I can rest more as we get close. I am beginning to confront the reality of no sleep for several weeks after delivery!"We can't wait for Shannon to see the tangible benefits of using the BabyPlus Prenatal Education System. BabyPlus babies at birth and infancy more readily nurse, have increased ability to self-soothe, are more interactive and responsive, and are more relaxed and alert at birth.
No worries Shannon! You will be getting sleep!
I wrote yesterday about seeing my niece, Avery, over the weekend, and how self-soothing and content she was. Last night, I had the opportunity to spend the evening with my sister-in-law and Avery. She was a little fussy and nothing could quite get her relaxed. She was a completely different baby from what I witnessed a couple of days ago.
My point is that no baby is perfect 100% of the time. Using BabyPlus is not a promise that your baby will sleep completely through the night from day one, will be counting to ten when they are nine months old, and will never fuss or cry. Everyone has an off day, even a BabyPlus baby. You have to look at the overall, big picture.
My sister-in-law used BabyPlus and saw immediate benefits from the day Avery was born. Even with a rough day now and then, she still sees the little differences that thousands of families all over the world have seen in their own babies.
just ask BabyPlus moms....
BabyPlus - my first gift to my second daughter is BabyPlus....."I come from a large family & have been around a lot of babies because of it. I do have to say (without being biased as she is my daughter) that she truly is remarkable. From the moment she was born she was wide eyed, alert, very calm and easily adaptable. She never once has fussed or cried or had a hard time with any type of transition we have introduced her to (such as breast to bottle, sleeping in a bassinet in our bedroom to her crib in her own room, formula to solids, etc.). She goes with the flow quite well and that's just the beginning. She has met each one of her milestones months in advance than expected for her age. She began walking at about 8 months, saying a lot of words by 9 months (at 11 months she shocked us all, by repeating the word "opposite" that she overheard my husband say while on the phone. It wasn't a one time deal, she says it all the time as well) and is doing great recognizing written words such as "Hi" "Cat" "Dog". She can communicate with me using words to let me know if she needs something. For example, this morning she was hungry and pointed at the fruit bowl and asked me for a "banana". When she wants water she asks for "water". She is forever curious and always trying to figure things out.
Our second daughter is due this November and you better believe that my first gift to her was BabyPlus as well!"Learn how to give your developing baby the gift a lifetime by clicking on our logo. The

stages of fetal development are the time to gift your baby with BabyPlus!

I spent some time over the weekend with my in-laws. We spent most of the time with my sister-in-law and her family. It's hard to believe Baby Avery is already three months old! I know I'm biased but she is absolutely one of the most beautiful babies I've seen. She's got the cutest little dimple when she grins, which is quite often, and she is the most content baby. She would lie on her play mat and either take everything in or study her hands. The only real time she cried was when she was really hungry. Any other time she was fussy, she would find her fist or just wiggle herself to sleep. What can I say--she's a BabyPlus baby!
I saw a lot of the qualities I hear every day from other BabyPlus families, but after this

weekend, I have come to realize even more that Avery is benefiting from my sister-in-law using BabyPlus. I can't quite put my finger on it but there's just something different. I knew witnessing first-hand the benefits was going to be fun and exciting but I had no idea how fascinating it was going to be. She is a little angel but more than once I heard about how someone could not believe what a content baby she was and so alert and aware of her surroundings.
It definitely was not a surprise to me to hear anyone say that!
a BabyPlus story - Part Two - Birth to 9 months old...
After much anticipation our little girl blessed our lives on March 31, 2008 and things

have been wonderful since. While we were in the hospital the nurses couldn’t believe how content she was. She slept thru the night almost immediately. She almost never cried and adapted well to all of her surroundings. I started to keep notes about different comments our pediatrician said during our visits. At 3 months the doctor couldn’t believe she was still sleeping thru the night and was so alert and attentive. She would get her shots and cry for a second then smile to the nurse before she left. At 6 months she was sitting up and crawling all over. At 9 months was when the doctor was truly amazed. She couldn’t believe Taylor was sitting so well on her own, crawling, pulling herself up on everything and just a few days away from walking. I shared how she knows how to turn the pages of books and can recognize where to touch on her “feel” books.
a BabyPlus story - Part Four - how she is today - and final thoughts...Now, we are a month away from our little angel turning 1 ½. Over the summer we traveled

out of the country and people were amazed at how “adaptive” she was. It is very true, she can sleep in any bed and was so fun with all the new faces she met in the Dominican. All the employees of the resort just loved her. She would be floating in the pool and they would walk by and go “baby, baby, baby” and she would stop floating and wave and blow kisses.
I feel so fortunate and blessed that my cousin Mike gave us such a wonderful present that will continue to give her entire life. I still go onto the web site and read others testimonials and smile because we are experiencing the same things. I look forward to all that our lives have in hold for us with our daughter. It is truly amazing what Baby Plus can do for your child. I give it my highest recommendation and feel so honored and fortunate that I have a Baby Plus Baby.
My sincere thanks to everyone at BabyPlus for developing such an amazing learning tool.

The sound level to the baby is strictly controlled for both pitch and volume. Dr. Logan spent many years studying the normal environment of the developing baby, and BabyPlus® is carefully designed to present sounds to the prenatal infant at a very safe but audible level.
Normal sounds in a mother's environment, such as television, loud remarks, and traffic, reach the fetus at volumes similar to that of her heartbeat yet the baby still sleeps through

it most of the time, even though its brain is monitoring the sound. BabyPlus is designed to produce an external sound of about 105 decibels, which is then reduced by 30-35 decibels as it is filtered through the mother's abdominal wall, reaching the unborn infant at 70-75 decibels, well below the sound level of the mother's blood.
BabyPlus therefore has a scientifically engineered sound ceiling which is always less that the natural sonic environment of the womb. More than 150,000+ families worldwide have attested to its safety and effectiveness. Over stimulation does not occur because the sound is so familiar to the developing baby. The tones are natural and the sound level is safe. Of the 150,000+ BabyPlus children born to date, there has never been a case of hearing damage--or any other detrimental effect from the product.

Think about it - your baby is not in a sound-proof booth! Baby is hearing so much during the prenatal months - why not use sounds that are scientifically proven and researched???
I know this sounds very "science-y" - but the truth is, the BabyPlus is an unbelievable way of enabling your child to have the ability to learn easily and well throughout his or her life.
What parent wouldn't want these benefits?
"A working mother couldn't ask for anything more than an incredible baby that sleeps through the night."We have received a wonderful email from a mom who used BabyPlus
with her second child and is therefore seeing a true in-house comparison:
"Hello, I like many was very skeptical when my fiance told me about the BabyPlus. His best friend's wife used BabyPlus and wanted to give us one when she found out we were expecting. I was hesitant about whether or not the BabyPlus would really work. I wore it anyway from 18 weeks to 38 weeks. There were many days that I only wore it one time a day, so I continued to use it up to 38 weeks. This is my second baby and I am seeing an incredible difference between this baby and my first one (which I didn't use BabyPlus with). My baby (born 5/21/09) has been sleeping 9-10 hours a night since around 7 weeks. He doesn't even wake for feeding.. People always say that your babies need solids to start sleeping through the night, but I have no intentions on starting my baby on solids until 4 months, and this is proof that they truly don't have to have solids so early.. His 6 oz. bottle of formula before bed is enough. He sleeps from 9:00PM to 6:00AM or later. He is also very alert and very happy. He focuses on things very well and when I stand him up, he tries to stand up on his own. I am amazed by how advanced my second child is compared to my first and I have no reason not to believe it is because of the BabyPlus, and I just wanted to say Thank You. A working mother couldn't ask for anything more than an incredible baby that sleeps through the night. :) "
