I receive many of the same questions in Customer Service. A common question is regarding the Usage Chart and how many days to use each lesson. To determine how many days to use each of the 16 lesson is to take the number of weeks remaining in your pregnancy (based on a 40 week pregnancy) and multiply by 7 to get the total days remaining. Then divide that total by 16 (number of lessons). The result is the number of days that you should play each of the 16 segments.
For example, if you are 19 weeks along, you have approximately 21 weeks left in your pregnancy. You would multiple 21 by 7 to get 147 days, which you would divide by 16 and get 9. You would use each lesson 9 days and switch to the next lesson on day 10.
If you are referring to the chart, it can sometimes be confusing. The chart is to be used just once to determine your schedule. For example, if you are in your 24th week of pregnancy when you start the BabyPlus, you will use each lesson twice a day for 7 days. Just find the week you are pregnant in the first column and the second column will show you how many days you will use each lesson twice a day.
Once you reach Lesson 16, you will listen to it until you deliver. It may be a shorter or longer number of days than you have used the other lessons.
