BabyPlus as stress relief!

Don't let your attitude determine your altitude.  I can't remember where I first heard that but it is quite true.  Boiled down, if you're negative all the time and don't find the good in things, you're not going to go as far as if you had a positive outlook and tried to be upbeat.  Not only does it affect how people around you respond, but it can also affect your health. 

This is quite interesting during pregnancy.  There are studies that show a mother's stress level has a direct effect on a baby before and after birth.  If you tend to have stressful situations at work or immediately get upset when things go wrong, you may not only be causing stress to yourself. By taking time every day, even ten minutes, to close your eyes and relax and focus on the good, you will not only help yourself but create a good habit that your baby may sense.  You could use your BabyPlus lessons as a way to relax and unwind.  Use this time to bond with your baby while benefiting his or her cognitive development.  Both of you will benefit!
