Every now and then we get a customer calling in with issues with their BabyPlus. One that I've heard and wanted to address would be excessive static.The concern is about 15 to 20 minutes into the lesson, the system will become static only and the heartbeat sound will disappear. In some cases, the system completely shuts off.
We have found the best way to solve this issue is to remove the batteries and let the system sit. After at least thirty minutes, insert new, alkaline batteries, preferably Duracell. The system should have "reset itself" and work normally again.
Also, just a reminder, we do not recommend rechargeable batteries.
