My sister-in-law is due for her ultrasound this week. I can't believe how quickly time has flown to get here! It feels like yesterday she and my brother just announced the pregnancy!They have a darling two-year-old little boy and would really like to have a girl. She really wants to find out ahead of time. I had a tough time deciding if I wanted to know. I can see both sides of the argument for finding out a baby's sex before birth.
With my first son, you didn't need ultrasound training to see he was a boy! With my second, he was stubborn and wouldn't budge, so he was a complete surprise. Either way, I was just happy when they arrived and were both healthy.
So, if I have another nephew or a niece, it really won't matter. A new baby is a true miracle--boy or girl!
